Hydraulic Jacking System

Hydraulic Jacking System is a system pile erection that is quite unique in using the Indirect Hydraulic Jacking Technology, where this system has been awarded patents from the United States, Great Britain, and New Zealand.

The Hydraulic Jacking System consists of a Hydraulic Ram which is placed parallel to the pile that will be erected where to hit the pile and mechanisms of suppressor plate that are at the top of pile is applied. By this system, the pile will be depressed continuously into the ground without sound, without blow, and without vibration.

Placement of hydraulic pressure system that compound and clamped on two sides of pile will cause the benchmark position gets enough precision and accuracy. Concrete blocks or iron plates is placed as loader on both sides of the banks tool where its loading is adjusted to the required load of pile.
